Key Responsibilities

•Move product throughout the facility using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other means.
•Read/review work orders and follow instructions to determine materials/containers to be moved, counted, weighed, put away, and recorded.
•Safely open containers using hand tools such as steel cutters, crowbar, or claw hammer.
•Load materials into vehicles and secure them with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
•Clean work areas/equipment, update database records as required, participate in training, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.8 hourly

Key Requirements

•6 months of forklift experience at one employer within the past 36 months.
•Earn forklift certification within 8 weeks of hire to perform essential job functions.
•Ability to safely operate foot and hand controls with good hand-eye coordination.
•Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat, and reach.
•Willingness to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work in cold temperatures (20 to 36 degrees), and work overtime and weekends as needed.
