•Drive the engagement strategy for priority capabilities, ensuring they are clearly positioned and embedded into customer workflows.
•Define how features are introduced, sequenced, and reinforced across onboarding and ongoing product experiences.
•Build repeatable engagement playbooks that connect in-product moments with lifecycle amplification.
•Partner with Product and Design to optimize in-product discovery, activation flows, and time-to-value.
•Use behavioral insights and adoption data to identify friction and recommend targeted improvements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in Product Marketing, Engagement, or a related field supporting digital products.
•Customer-first thinker who translates workflows and user insight into clear, compelling value articulation.
•Direct experience improving activation and feature adoption through in-product messaging, onboarding, or usage interventions.
•Strong partnership experience with Product Managers and Designers to refine UX flows and reduce friction.
•Ability to independently own outcomes within a defined product area and drive cross-functional execution.
