Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project proposals, including defining scope, resources, programme, and cost estimates (budgets) for delivery.
  • •Own the project P&L and commercial accountability, including revenue delivery, margin and overhead management, forecasting, risk/opportunity reviews, and cost controls.
  • •Develop project management documentation such as project plans, schedules, risk registers, stakeholder registers, and organization charts.
  • •Monitor and control project schedules, manhours, budgets, forecasts, and expenditure to ensure successful completion.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensure effective contract administration and change management, and communicate project information accurately to teams and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects, with exposure to regulated water or non-regulated water projects advantageous but not essential.
  • •Working knowledge or accreditation in NEC supported with skills to administer NEC Contracts.
  • •Membership of a professional institution such as APM, PMI, or MICE.
  • •Proficiency using project management tools and software.
  • •Demonstrate competence in stakeholder management, risk, planning/scheduling, and commercial management.
