Job Summary

Independently manage a portfolio of Trade & Working Capital clients, taking ownership across credit execution, portfolio monitoring, and client service. Engage with clients to understand needs, resolve queries and escalations, and build strong relationships to grow wallet share. Drive revenue through cross-sell and optimized utilization of approved credit limits while ensuring portfolio hygiene, covenant/documentation compliance, and proactive risk identification.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently manage and drive assigned client portfolios with ownership across credit execution, portfolio monitoring, and client servicing.
•Actively engage with clients to understand business needs; manage queries, service delivery, and escalations.
•Drive revenue through cross-sell of trade, working capital, liability, and allied products; identify and execute opportunities in the portfolio.
•Independently manage and monitor borrowing portfolios, ensuring portfolio hygiene (covenants, documentation, deferrals, audit observations, regularization).
•Undertake financial spreading and detailed financial statement analysis; prepare credit proposals focused on risk identification and mitigants, coordinating with Credit for closure.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in credit analysis, financial assessment, and risk evaluation.
•Extensive experience in high-quality credit proposal writing.
•Ability to independently manage and monitor borrowing portfolios.
•Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience: 3–5 years in banking/financial services; MBA/CA preferred.
