Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deploy factory software connecting manufacturing equipment, edge devices, MES, SCADA, historians, and manufacturing data infrastructure.
  • •Evaluate commercial factory software platforms and lead technical proof-of-concept implementations.
  • •Build APIs, data pipelines, and standardized equipment data models (machine states, events, alarms, production records, naming conventions).
  • •Develop interfaces and integrations across engineering and manufacturing systems including PLM, MES, QMS, and factory equipment.
  • •Establish CI/CD, automated testing, version control, containerization, and repeatable deployment workflows, and support FAT/SAT and production launch activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years developing industrial software, manufacturing/automation software, connected equipment, or industrial data systems.
  • •Strong software development experience with Python, C++, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • •Experience integrating manufacturing equipment, industrial controllers, or edge devices with higher-level software systems and protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, and REST APIs.
  • •Experience designing APIs, data models, and data pipelines plus deploying and troubleshooting production software on edge compute devices or industrial PCs.
