Civil Design Senior Project Manager- Data Center Construction

Lead and oversee civil engineering design activities for data center development projects, serving as the client’s civil engineering subject-matter expert and owner’s representative. Own technical quality, regulatory compliance, constructability, and on-time delivery from early due diligence through construction closeout. Manage external engineering consultants, coordinate with internal development and construction teams, and support risk, schedule, RFIs, budgeting, standards, and continuous improvement.
