Job Summary

Lead challenging SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing transformation and interface projects for multinational automotive and manufacturing clients. Develop feasibility studies and concepts for implementation, integration, and operations, create functional specs and development requirements, coordinate testing activities, and expand industry best-practice solutions. Advise customers on processes and SAP customizing in PP/PP-DS, PM, and QM, and deliver customer workshops and trainings. Travel to selected customer projects is expected.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and optimize production processes in demanding interface projects and transformations in automotive and manufacturing environments.
•Develop feasibility studies and concepts for implementing, integrating, and operating discrete manufacturing interfaces.
•Create functional concepts and development specifications, coordinate test activities, and support expansion of industry best-practice solutions.
•Advise customers on processes and SAP customizing in SAP S/4HANA (PP, PP/DS, PM, QM).
•Conduct customer workshops and trainings.

Key Requirements

•Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or business informatics, ideally with a focus on SCM, logistics, or operations management.
•Negotiation-level German (at least C1) and good English skills.
•Multi-year practical experience with SAP S/4HANA in PP, PP/DS, PM, or QM.
•Knowledge of SAP solution portfolio and proven experience applying SAP best practices and the Activate methodology.
•Willingness to travel for selected customer projects.
