Drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering-related roles across Thales sites, partnering closely with operational leaders to define needs and profiles. Write and distribute job ads, continuously source and review candidates across job boards and social networks, and conduct pre-qualifications and Talent Acquisition Partner interviews. Track candidates throughout the process, support employer branding through school and job forums, and help deliver cross-functional recruiting projects.
