Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and apply test center policies, practices, and procedures.
  • •Greet examinees and verify identification; perform security checks (including wands).
  • •Continuously monitor candidates during exams and report/resolve candidate issues urgently.
  • •Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at all times, safeguarding against misconduct.
  • •Maintain scheduling flexibility based on Prometric operating days; represent Prometric’s mission, vision, and values.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus.
  • •Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.).
