Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead individual tasks across design, procurement, and construction, including furniture install coordination and client I.T. coordination.
  • •Work with the client team to identify initial budgets and scheduling at project feasibility.
  • •Set up and run meetings, transcribe minutes, and drive action items to closure.
  • •Ensure project compliance with client document controls and file specifications.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and contractors; maintain budget and schedule, manage procurement/appointments, change orders, reporting, payments, site visits, and project closeout documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years post-graduate experience as a Project Manager in a similar environment.
  • •6+ years of experience as a Project Manager assisting or supervising construction.
  • •Retail fit-out experience is required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
  • •Highly desirable PMP certification; proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project or P6.
