Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate engineering multi-level BOMs into component-level requirements in SAP to create the demand driver for NPI materials requirements.
  • •Manage BOM change orders and pull/push outs using capacity constraint analysis; provide commit dates to stakeholders.
  • •Run and analyze weekly shortage reports in SAP to identify at-risk components, determine critical path demand, and drive escalation with commodity buyers.
  • •Serve as single point of contact for assigned business units from BOM release through kit delivery, providing weekly materials health updates and recovery plans.
  • •Track actual vs. planned NPI materials spend and deliver variance analysis; support budget planning and ensure POs are coded correctly for NPI cost centers and WBS elements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience with NPI and/or pilot manufacturing focus.
