Job Summary

Own product work for Frame.io’s core identity framework and its integration into Adobe identity systems. Define and improve identity-related user experiences across authentication, account linking, migration flows, and admin workflows. Partner with Design, Engineering, Product, Sales, Legal, Security, Customer Support, Marketing, and Leadership to validate opportunities, plan delivery, and lead launch with squads and external customers using data and clear prioritization.

•Use data and strategic insight to influence decisions and support product culture, including mentoring more junior PMs.

Salary: USD 105,300 - 205,150 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of formal Product Management experience with identity, SaaS user management, authentication, permissions, provisioning, admin, or migration workflows.
•Experience running large-scale data migrations within or across products, preferably involving identity data.
•Understanding of identity decisions’ security, privacy, compliance, and customer-trust implications, and knowing when to involve Legal and Security.
•Ability to take an idea from brief through design, development, QA, and release while ensuring release dates are met.
•Data-informed problem solving using tools like Amplitude, SQL, and Looker to evaluate outcomes.
