Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of service delivery partners, serving as primary point of contact for program participation, escalations, pipeline, and growth planning.
  • •Run partner business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with senior partner stakeholders to align on joint goals, delivery capacity, and quarterly commitments.
  • •Support light partner recruitment and shepherd selected firms through onboarding into the program.
  • •Partner with the Partner Certification team to build and maintain services-focused learning content alongside sales certification tracks.
  • •Define and monitor partner delivery quality metrics and drive remediation programs when delivery falls short of Drata’s standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel/alliances, partner enablement, or partner operations at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent services-delivery/partner engagement experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing or operating partner enablement, certification, or accreditation programs at scale.
  • •Strong program management skills to run multiple concurrent workstreams and partner cohorts.
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product, and translate partner feedback into clear action items.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal leadership and senior partner stakeholders.
