Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and scale production-ready ML models for regulatory reporting and risk requirements, owning the end-to-end lifecycle.
  • •Perform feature engineering within a Big Data ecosystem (Spark/Hadoop) and build internal infrastructure for model deployment.
  • •Develop automated root-cause analysis that translates complex statistical signals into actionable recommendations.
  • •Collaborate with a product-driven team, gather continuous user feedback, and ensure solutions solve real business friction.
  • •Drive projects from ideation to deployment with stakeholders, communicating complex outcomes across audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist in anomaly detection, time-series, or signal processing.
  • •Engineering-first approach: treat ML code like production code and manage your own deployments and infrastructure.
  • •Proficiency in Python and Big Data frameworks including PySpark, Airflow, Hadoop, and Kafka.
  • •Experience with SparkStreaming/Flink, Docker, and Kubernetes (plus).
  • •Strong interest in causal inference and building logic for root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
