Key Responsibilities

  • •Send and receive parcels using Nova Poshta at the company office location.
  • •Prepare, pack, and document shipments (equipment, promotional materials, documentation).
  • •Track shipments in accounting from dispatch to receipt and monitor delivery timelines.
  • •Prepare товарно-транспортні накладні (waybills) and enter shipment information into 1C and CRM.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders, handle loading and unloading, and produce reports on completed work.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or handling shipments is an advantage.
