Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute monthly accounting close deliverables for global compensation and benefits, including journal entries, GL reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • •Maintain SOX documentation (including Electronic Audit Evidence) and assist internal/external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • •Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet and P&L flux variance analyses for executive management reporting.
  • •Review region-wise employee benefit policies to support regulatory adherence and compliance work.
  • •Maintain desktop procedures and process documentation while identifying opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in accounting or finance (required).
  • •4+ years of hands-on General Ledger (GL) accounting and financial reporting, with proven expertise applying US GAAP.
  • •Demonstrated SOX control execution and documentation, including managing audit queries.
  • •Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems; experience with Workday Financials and Blackline is highly desirable.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a team-first mindset and high respect for data confidentiality.
