Key Responsibilities

•Own analytics architecture for the Atlanta site, including production scorecards, Piece Part Plan pipelines, and inspection-data analytics.
•Investigate data quality issues and perform deep-dive analysis in SQL and Python to trace root causes and fix issues at the source.
•Implement data-quality checks, validation rules, and automated monitoring within pipelines to improve trustworthiness.
•Enable self-service analytics by modeling parts, suppliers, work orders, inspections, and dispositions in Foundry for other teams.
•Lead end-to-end data projects with cross-functional partners, translating quality leaders’ needs into deployable data products and building AI-assisted analytics tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
•5+ years in a hands-on data role (Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer), including at least 2 years at a senior individual-contributor level.
•Production experience with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake + dbt (or an equivalent cloud lakehouse).
•Strong SQL on large, multi-source datasets, including window functions and performance tuning.
•Strong Python for data transformation and scripting (Pandas, PySpark, or equivalent), plus demonstrated root-cause analysis on complex data issues.
