Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, clienteling, and data capture using mobile POS and social selling tools (including short-form video). Manage daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining service standards and supporting teammates in a collaborative environment.
