  • •Instruct body shop staff team to carryout quality job and monitor their tasks, guide & coach them in order to achieve high level of productivity of body shop.
  • •Handling the customer complaints / inquiries & drive the team towards high CSI.
  • •Achieve the given targets while maintaining high level of team morale & motivation.
