Job Summary

Manage daily cash application transactions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting entries. Perform cash applications across payment types (e-wire transfers, cheques), process discrepancies in SAP, reconcile accounts, and monitor aged pending payments with stakeholders and treasury. Support month/quarter close activities, audit requests, payment reversals and wrong-company payment transfers, and maintain documentation and functional mailbox follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform cash applications for multiple payment methods including electronic wire transfers and cheques.
•Identify and transfer wrong company payments to the correct account.
•Process payment discrepancies in accordance with business rules in SAP.
•Reconcile accounts and ensure timely account reconciliations, supporting internal review before submission.
•Monitor aged payment pending items, follow up with stakeholders/treasury, and support monthly/quarterly close and audit requests.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting with SAP knowledge.
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or business administration (preferred).
•Fluency in English spoken and written.
•Proficiency in MS Excel and MS tools.
•Knowledge/experience supporting cash application and accounting transactions.
