Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform cash applications for multiple payment methods including electronic wire transfers and cheques.
  • •Identify and transfer wrong company payments to the correct account.
  • •Process payment discrepancies in accordance with business rules in SAP.
  • •Reconcile accounts and ensure timely account reconciliations, supporting internal review before submission.
  • •Monitor aged payment pending items, follow up with stakeholders/treasury, and support monthly/quarterly close and audit requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting with SAP knowledge.
