•Support the development and execution of growth plans across key user moments to meet business OKRs.
•Identify high-impact opportunities through market research and customer insights.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to launch targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
•Assist the Marketing team in planning and rollout of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
•Drive and facilitate key meeting cadences to manage performance, including weekly and monthly business reviews.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or User Lifecycle Management, preferably in a tech company
•Strong understanding of KSA user behaviour and trends
•Fluent in both numbers and user instincts, able to model outcomes while understanding what resonates with users
•Experience with SQL, Braze
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a relevant field is required
