Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with Legal, HR, Environmental Sustainability, and other business units to update internal business policies.
  • •Support retirement or consolidation of outdated policies and maintain a regulatory inventory/tracker with requirements, effective dates, impacted functions, and implementation activities.
  • •Monitor and track emerging ESG and other governance-related laws and regulations, escalating impact assessments to the Program Manager.
  • •Manage cross-functional corporate governance, ESG, legal, and compliance projects from intake through completion, including planning, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Prepare executive-ready project status reports, dashboards, trackers, presentations, and serve as the central point for corporate accessibility inbox coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2–4 years of compliance, business, or corporate governance experience.
