Serve as the primary trusted financial advisor for commercial clients in a targeted geography, leading business development and ongoing relationship management. Collaborate with bankers and product partners to deliver solutions and direct implementation plans. Drive profitable cash/deposit growth, maintain credit quality through underwriting and portfolio management, and provide strategic advisory across capital raising, regulatory compliance, and ownership transitions. Mentor junior relationship managers and lead cross-functional teams for client needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the commercial client expert and primary contact, advising and partnering to address client needs.
•Drive growth and business development by understanding client industries, prospecting, and building a Center of Influence referral network.
•Educate clients on products such as cash management, derivatives, and equipment finance; identify and coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
•Lead credit processes to ensure asset quality, including underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, and producing asset quality and risk rating outputs.
•Mentor junior relationship managers, lead strategic client reviews, and support commercial team planning and initiatives.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•7+ years of financial services experience.
•1+ years of formal commercial credit training and experience from a bank or financial institution.
•Strong track record of achieving performance targets.
•Experience in relationship management teams balancing business development with asset quality.
