Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply standard field practices to collect soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, and sediment samples; prepare samples for shipping and complete chain-of-custody paperwork.
  • •Perform geological logging and interpretation and provide oversight of drilling and excavation subcontractors.
  • •Analyze laboratory and field data, compare findings to local/state/federal standards, and produce basic technical reports.
  • •Coordinate with task and project managers and support sampling, data collection, and field documentation with on-site subcontractors and staff.
  • •Learn hazards associated with environmental investigation and remediation and maintain health and safety while working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Requirements
