Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Store Manager to achieve/exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense control.
  • •Ensure high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA brand values and service standards.
  • •Assist with recruiting, training, development, and succession planning for associates and supervisors; act as Store Manager when needed.
  • •Oversee shipment processing, inventory and shrink goals, physical inventory counts, and merchandise execution.
  • •Manage loss prevention education/awareness, payroll control and service-driven scheduling, marketing initiatives within budget, and ensure compliance with policies and a safe, compliant environment.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of management experience in a customer service oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear, with a results-driven track record.
  • •Ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals, including the ability to identify, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent managers and teams.
  • •Ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication, including presenting information to large groups.
  • •Comfort with physical demands such as frequent walking/standing, ladder/step stool use, and lifting/carrying/placing product boxes up to 30 pounds.
  • •Ability to handle core business tasks including basic math, reading comprehension, writing, and basic computer work.
