Lead and support the Asset Protection function across ALO flagship and nearby stores, partnering with the Regional Asset Protection Manager. Use data, surveillance tools, and investigative methods to reduce shrink, investigate theft and loss events, monitor compliance through regular store walks, and prepare detailed reports. Collaborate with store teams, law enforcement, and legal partners while educating staff on loss prevention and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Use data and strategy to achieve the company shrinkage goal for assigned stores.
•Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and other loss-related incidents, including analyzing surveillance footage and gathering evidence.
•Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor store activity, identify suspicious behavior, and address safety concerns.
•Monitor inventory levels by analyzing RFID data for item-level investigations into top loss items.
•Conduct regular store walks to ensure compliance with safety and physical security policies and prepare reports and action plans for vulnerabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 25 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations, preferably in a retail environment.

•Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint) and store systems such as RFID and Shopify.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
•Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
