Key Responsibilities

  • •Use data and strategy to achieve the company shrinkage goal for assigned stores.
  • •Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and other loss-related incidents, including analyzing surveillance footage and gathering evidence.
  • •Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor store activity, identify suspicious behavior, and address safety concerns.
  • •Monitor inventory levels by analyzing RFID data for item-level investigations into top loss items.
  • •Conduct regular store walks to ensure compliance with safety and physical security policies and prepare reports and action plans for vulnerabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations, preferably in a retail environment.
  • •Proficiency using surveillance systems and investigative tools, including the ability to analyze footage and gather evidence.
  • •Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint) and store systems such as RFID and Shopify.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
