Job Summary

Support the EU LIVE Creator Strategy Team with short-term operations projects focused on live streaming across Europe. Help resolve creator and creator partner issues during LIVE, develop and localize educational/trust & safety materials, and assist with campaign operations including planning and result summaries. Collect and analyze operational challenges from Creator Managers to identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in resolving day-to-day issues encountered by creators and creator network partners during the LIVE process, including operational hurdles and trust & safety concerns.
•Develop and localize educational materials for creators and creator network partners covering operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features.
•Support planning, localization, and execution of campaigns, including summarizing campaign results for future improvements.
•Collect and analyze operational challenges faced by Creator Managers in their daily workflows.
•Organize feedback to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Currently studying with a bachelor's degree or above (preferably STEM) or graduated in 2026/2027.
•Available for an internship for at least 3 months (6 months preferred) from January 2026.
•High written proficiency in French and English and strong communication.
•Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in various data analysis tools.
•Proactive, hands-on mentality with strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
