Job Summary

Coordinate Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance across the Gilroy and San Martin sites, implementing programs to reduce environmental, health, and safety risks and ensure regulatory adherence. Coach and train operations through daily fundamentals and weekly safety sessions (English/Spanish), support incident management and root-cause/corrective actions, and lead monthly safety committee meetings. Conduct regular inspections, manage Safety systems in Riskonnect, and help with EHS/production projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure EHS compliance at the Gilroy and San Martin sites.
•Coach and train operations in Daily Fundamentals and conduct weekly safety trainings (English/Spanish).
•Support incident management (near misses, hazards, and accidents), including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Coordinate/lead monthly safety committee meetings and perform weekly/monthly/annual plant inspections, documenting in Riskonnect.
•Travel between the two facilities and support EHS and production projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent training, experience, and education).
•Valid CA driver’s license.
•2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
•Working knowledge of OSHA 10 and California state and EPA regulations.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
