Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for individual real estate projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates/budget, cash flow, schedules, and milestones.
  • •Identify and qualify delivery resources, run RFP processes, complete bid analysis, lead evaluation interviews, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication plans and project documentation governance to ensure accurate, timely, coordinated project data; facilitate project meetings.
  • •Supervise progress vs. goals, budgets, and timelines; report status and variances; implement change management and develop risk mitigation/contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience in industry trends, project management, and construction procedures.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to complete administrative tasks.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines, and be on site regularly during project duration.
