Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage visa applications and immigration documentation needed for sponsoring employees to work in the U.S., India, Brazil, Singapore, and Ireland and other international locations as needed.
  • •Advise HR leadership on emerging international immigration laws and risk areas on an ongoing basis.
  • •Partner with legal to create, implement, and update global HR, mobility policies and international handbooks.
  • •Partner with global mobility vendor to manage mobility cases, including short-term assignments, long-term transfers, and remote work.
  • •Track and report on global mobility and immigration data (visa status, work authorization, travel days, etc.).
