•Design and implement admin dashboards and operation tools to support Trust & Safety teams
•Build and improve dashboards/monitoring UIs that visualize risk signals and policy effectiveness
•Continuously improve UI/UX to raise operation efficiency and decision accuracy in the field
•Design and implement scalable frontend APIs and data processing foundations to support front-end services
•Collaborate with Data Analysts, Product Backend, SRE, and Security teams to improve quality, performance, security, and operability while mitigating abuse

•TypeScript-based frontend development for web apps (SPA) with the ability to own a feature from start to finish
