Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct an end-to-end gap assessment of the Group’s data protection posture against applicable regulatory requirements for Astra Tech entities, and document remediation actions with owners and target dates.
  • •Benchmark current state against international standards (GDPR, ISO 27701, ISO 14001, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI) to anticipate regulatory direction of travel.
  • •Lead the multi-year Data Protection Remediation Roadmap and track delivery progress.
  • •Discharge formal Data Protection Officer responsibilities, monitor compliance, advise on processing operations, and act as contact point for data subjects and supervisory authorities.
  • •Lead the design, implementation and governance of an Enterprise-wide Consent Management (ECM) system across digital channels.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data protection, privacy, ESG, or regulatory advisory at a senior level, with at least 5 years in a dedicated data protection/ ESG lead role.
