Job Summary

Drive Qashio’s growth by independently sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding high-value external partners. Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from early scoping through contract execution, using your existing network to open doors and accelerate deal flow. Lead partner onboarding with product and sales enablement, run collaborative workshops to uncover opportunities, and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to maximize ROI and move partners to revenue milestones.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, pitch, negotiate, and onboard key partners aligned to long-term business objectives.
•Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial scoping through contract execution.
•Use your network to open doors quickly and introduce Qashio’s value proposition to decision-makers.
•Run partner onboarding by equipping partners with sales training, product expertise, and marketing collateral.
•Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to integrate partners and help them reach early revenue milestones before handoff.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, with a proven record of sourcing and closing high-value deals.
•Ability to pitch, negotiate, and secure mutually beneficial terms with C-suite executives.
•Experience collaborating with Product, Legal, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth post-sign onboarding.
•Strong relationship management skills and confidence presenting value in challenging situations.
•Interest in and exposure to the FinTech space, ideally with experience working with a FinTech company.
