Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate cost consultancy activities, including feasibility estimating, cost planning, procurement, tender documentation and evaluation, value engineering, commercial management, fee generation, dispute resolution, and post-contract management.
  • •Promote a safe and secure working environment while supporting organisational values and culture.
  • •Foster team engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
  • •Drive performance standards through communication, coaching, and performance management practices.
  • •Provide technical guidance and support on project and technical matters while overseeing service delivery to achieve high-quality client outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services within the MEP space.
  • •Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • •A degree or HNC level qualification.
  • •Experience delivering MEP elements of work for clients.
  • •Ability to manage and prioritise more than one project at a time. Knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below).
