Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and maintain Workday PSA, including task execution and testing to ensure stability
  • •Triage, prioritize, and resolve PSA-related ServiceNow tickets
  • •Perform mass data maintenance, year-end support, data loading, and cleanup
  • •Build and enhance Workday PSA reports with calculated fields and updated logic
  • •Assist with system validations, controls, alerts, and communications to internal teams

Key Requirements
