•Triage, prioritize, and resolve PSA-related ServiceNow tickets
•Perform mass data maintenance, year-end support, data loading, and cleanup
•Build and enhance Workday PSA reports with calculated fields and updated logic
•Assist with system validations, controls, alerts, and communications to internal teams

Key Requirements

•Support senior PSA developers and product owners with configuration and maintenance tasks within Workday PSA
•Assist with regression testing for Workday bi-annual releases and patch updates
•Serve as a first point of contact for PSA-related ServiceNow tickets, triaging requests, resolving standard issues, and escalating more complex items
•Execute security-related role assignment changes
•Perform mass data maintenance activities, including year-end support, data loads, and cleanup efforts
