Analyze and deliver independent credit opinions for North America infrastructure credits within a rapidly growing ratings practice. Lead end-to-end execution across assigned credits, including surveillance updates, preparing committee-ready materials, and maintaining models. Translate complex financial and risk analysis into clear, decision-ready narratives for stakeholders and rating committees.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts and build capability in credit analysis and tooling.
•Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits with high-quality analysis and timely delivery across priorities.
•Own surveillance/updates for the assigned portfolio and synthesize performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-useful insights.
•Support maintenance/review of models and ensure robustness, repeatability, and clear linkage to risk views.
•Ensure adherence to methodology and data governance; embed responsible, governed AI use and contribute to scalable automation/agent workflows with controls and guardrails.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 105,000 - 133,000 annually
