Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts and build capability in credit analysis and tooling.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits with high-quality analysis and timely delivery across priorities.
  • •Own surveillance/updates for the assigned portfolio and synthesize performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-useful insights.
  • •Support maintenance/review of models and ensure robustness, repeatability, and clear linkage to risk views.
  • •Ensure adherence to methodology and data governance; embed responsible, governed AI use and contribute to scalable automation/agent workflows with controls and guardrails.
