Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • •15+ years of relevant post-education structural engineering experience across bridge analysis, design, rehabilitation, inspection, or construction support.
  • •Professional Engineer license required, with ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and supervising, mentoring, and developing engineering staff.
  • •Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices for complex bridge projects, including codes/standards and QA/QC compliance.
