Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Management, Engineering Directors, and Principal Architects to translate objectives into technical roadmaps.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and QA to deliver key engineering initiatives.
  • •Lead the design and implementation of new features and services from conception to deployment.
  • •Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, guide design reviews, and raise engineering standards across the pillar.
  • •Raise the bar with code standards, automated testing, and CI/CD improvements, while upholding architectural best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software development experience with macOS (or iOS) features using Swift
  • •Deep macOS (or iOS) expertise including design/performance optimization and security considerations
  • •Proven debugging/performance optimization skills with Xcode, LLDB, and Instruments
  • •Experience in agile environments with strong CI/CD and automated testing
  • •Excellent communication and ability to influence technical direction; experience leveraging AI coding assistants
