Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop single-use products for pharmaceutical applications.
  • •Apply mechanical design principles for plastic components to ensure performance, manufacturability, and compliance.
  • •Drive design verification, pharma product validation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing.
  • •Collaborate across R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Regulatory to deliver compliant single-use solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering background with hands-on experience in plastics/mechanical design.
  • •Experience in product development, including prototyping, testing, and design verification.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical design principles, fluid dynamics, and single-use materials.
  • •Familiarity with pharma requirements, validation, and compliance for regulated products.
  • •Ability to work independently and lead technical direction in a new product area within a matrix organization.
