Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts, diagnosing issues and determining root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and keep daily documentation.
  • •Practice safe job practices when repairing equipment and perform maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts, and maintain the service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
  • •Assist in training lower level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
