Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery independently across model customisation, deployment/inference, agent systems, and customer delivery.
  • •Turn customer use cases into training and evaluation plans, select suitable data/models/training approaches, and fine-tune/evaluate for specialised domains.
  • •Design cost-effective cloud or on-prem deployment and inference, improving reliability, latency, and operating cost.
  • •Build agent workflows around language models, connecting models with customer data/tools/systems and adding production controls and observability.
  • •Partner with customers to clarify requirements and constraints, explain trade-offs (quality/cost/privacy/complexity), and help take solutions from discovery to production launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in at least two of model customisation, deployment/inference, agent systems, or customer delivery.
  • •Practical experience building or operating production AI systems.
  • •Solid software engineering or machine learning engineering skills.
  • •Familiarity with open-weight language models and the modern LLM ecosystem.
