Key Responsibilities

  • •Support technology development operational execution across multiple planning sites in partnership with technology development and manufacturing teams.
  • •Drive cross-site operational alignment and enable consistent global learning cycles and execution.
  • •Coordinate process transfers between sites to support readiness, integration, and timeline achievement.
  • •Develop standard processes, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate project status and performance trends.
  • •Use statistical analysis and scenario modeling to optimize performance metrics, assess capacity, identify risks, and recommend solutions to address fab performance gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, or project management.
  • •Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structured problem solving and root-cause identification.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely.
  • •Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, plus familiarity with manufacturing scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, and efficiency improvement.
