Job Summary

Develop and execute current and next-generation lithography manufacturing processes for high-volume production. Design experiments, analyze data, and help ensure processes meet engineering specifications for safety, automation, facility/supply chain, device performance, and yield. Collaborate on IP for novel transistor and interconnect architectures, work with partners and equipment suppliers to qualify tools and implement preventive maintenance, and support technology transfer across Intel factories.

•Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and develop manufacturing processes that meet engineering specifications including safety, automation, facility/supply chain needs, device performance, and yield.
•Help develop intellectual property enabling novel transistor and interconnect architecture in collaboration with integrated module partners.
•Work with industry partners and equipment suppliers to develop and implement equipment, assess equipment capability gaps, and evaluate hardware modifications to mitigate issues.
•Install and qualify high-volume manufacturing (HVM) capacity during insitu ramp and operate the manufacturing line for revenue product.
•Support technology transfer to other Intel factories using Copy Exactly through training and audit of installation/qualification to ensure matched processing across sites.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,800 - 188,890 annually

Key Requirements

•PhD degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related science/engineering field with relevant experimental work (required or expected within one year).
•2+ years of experimental lab work experience.
•6+ months of academic or other experience in equipment or instrumentation troubleshooting, development, and maintenance.
•Familiarity with common ML/AI frameworks and end-to-end model development workflows (training, testing, deployment) to solve technical problems.
•Experience in C# or Python.
