Job Summary

Drive new product introduction (NPI) for power conversion designs, leading Design for Excellence (DFX) and DFM/DFA efforts to optimize manufacturability, assembly, cost, reliability, and scalability. Own NPI project plans from concept through mass production, coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers to assess readiness, resolve technical challenges, manage risks, and improve processes. Establish testing/validation protocols and maintain process documentation to ensure smooth prototype-to-production transitions.

•Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to assess readiness, resolve technical challenges, and drive process improvements.
•Establish testing and validation protocols and maintain process documentation, assembly guidelines, and SOPs.

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).
•Strong DFX expertise with understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production scalability.
•Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects balancing timelines, quality, and cost.
•Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent) and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
