Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the day-to-day technical operations and service delivery for Collins-managed airport systems across assigned airports.
  • •Ensure continuous system availability, reliability, and performance in line with contractual SLAs.
  • •Oversee incident, problem, change, and service request management to minimise operational disruption.
  • •Serve as the primary operational point of contact for airport management, airlines, and stakeholders; coordinate escalations and enhancements within service levels.
  • •Lead and mentor local Managed Services engineers, including staffing/shift coverage for 24×7 operations where applicable.

  • •Strong experience managing technical operations within airport, aviation, or mission-critical IT environments.
  • •Working knowledge of airport operational systems such as CUPPS, CUSS, AODB, FIDS, BRS, RMS, or related technologies.

  • •Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience managing SLAs and KPIs, service reporting, and continual service improvement.
