Job Summary

Lead the delivery of complex healthcare and hospitality construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and financial controls. Manage portfolios, coach and develop project teams, drive business growth and innovation, and supervise end-to-end procurement and invoicing processes (including D-365) to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members through structured guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
•Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, serving as the primary client contact.
•Develop and lead the overall project execution strategy with KPIs and governance frameworks.
•Drive executive-level reporting and project controls for schedule, cost, risk and change management.
•Manage invoicing processes using D-365, including reviewing invoice data, coordinating with finance for timely submission, tracking status, and ensuring compliance with billing requirements.

Key Requirements

•Construction related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc) or equivalent
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management or construction projects (e.g. project manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant etc.)
•Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management
•Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive outcomes on behalf of clients, develop new business, leverage current opportunities, and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines and deliverables
•Relevant project experience in Healthcare or Hospitality sector
