Senior FP&A professional responsible for Australia's financial performance consolidation, monthly/quarterly reporting for APAC, end-to-end month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and cost modeling. Key Responsibilities

•Consolidate and report Australia financial performance for Executive Leadership and APAC Regional Finance teams (monthly, quarterly, annual, ad-hoc)
•Manage end-to-end month-end close, forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and annual budgeting, coordinating deliverables across partners
•Establish clear timetables for AU FP&A and coordinate with Regional APAC Finance, communicating deadlines and expectations
•Develop standardized, simplified processes and dashboards to improve timely delivery and insights, including cost forecasting and salary/benefits modeling
•Automate processes using AI and global tools to drive efficiency, provide variance analysis and actionable insights to CFO/CEO of Australia

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5-9+ years of experience in FP&A/financial analysis including consolidation
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (preferred) with experience using AI tools
•Experience with TM1 and Workday would be an advantage
•Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
•Proven ability in process simplification and standardization
