Lead business development and O&M proposal execution by managing proposal document preparation, due diligence, techno-commercial optimization, and project risk mitigation. Support vertical and horizontal alignment across departments, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners for bid inputs, and ensure compliance with RFP and internal ACWA Operations policies. Manage budgeting and review O&M cost models, present risks and opportunities in senior bid meetings, and negotiate with stakeholders while maintaining HSSE compliance.
