Job Summary

Manage the full admissions journey for an assigned school, from initial enquiry through enrolment and registration. Meet prospective parents, explain admissions procedures, curriculum, fees and ADEK regulations, and respond promptly to calls and emails. Qualify leads, support school tours as part of Front of House, and ensure admissions data is accurate for daily reporting, while coordinating assessments with the academic team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end admissions process for the assigned school, from enquiry through enrolment and registration.
•Meet prospective parents to explain admissions procedures, curriculum, fee structure, and ADEK regulations while ensuring documentation is completed effectively.
•Respond to enrolment enquiries via phone and email, qualify leads, and act as the first point of contact for prospective parents.
•Coordinate assessments with the academic team as required to keep the admissions process efficient.
•Maintain accurate admissions data (enquiries, registrations, applications, offers and enrolments) and produce weekly/monthly reports and projections.
