Job Summary

Monitor production equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments, documenting corrections and performing preventive maintenance. Rebuild equipment as required and assist with installation of new equipment across the facility. Troubleshoot mechanical problems using schematics and blueprints, grease/change oil/clean equipment, and monitor equipment/computer boards. Work closely with maintenance personnel, support other shifts as needed, and follow Safety Rules such as Lockout/Tagout and OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor equipment during production and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
•Document corrections required and perform preventive maintenance on weekends.
•Rebuild equipment as required and assist with installation of new equipment.
•Troubleshoot mechanical problems using detailed schematics and blueprints.
•Grease, change oil, clean plant equipment, and monitor equipment/computer boards as part of maintenance work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.25 - 33.2 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 3 months of maintenance experience, or enrollment in a maintenance/mechanical program in lieu of experience.
•Be able to understand and follow Safety Rules, including Lockout/Tagout.
•Be able to comply with OSHA standards.
•Be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday required).
•Be able to perform physical job requirements (moving equipment >40 pounds, climbing ladders, overhead work, walking/standing/sitting for the shift).
